3C Sealants Wood Repair Resin Primer is a 2-part, impregnated, solvent free fluid based on epoxy resin with a mix ratio of 1:1. It has excellent adhesion to wood, stone and concrete and will penetrate deep into porous surfaces. It's used as a primer before applying 3C WOOD REPAIR EPOXY RESIN. It reinforces the wood fibre and prevents moisture penetration into the wood.

Can I use Toupret wood hardener before this, or will this be sufficient? Would t be a problem to use the primer after using Toupret wood hardner?

Hi Sir Les, good question. There shouldn't be a problem using one product after another but most important thing is to ensure that the area to repair is back to a sound, dry surface (i.e. you need too scrape out the rotten wood). The 3C Wood Primer is the ideal product to prepare the surface before using 3C Wood Repair
