3C Sealants Wood Protection Liquid is a high-performance, water-based silicone emulsion that penetrates deep into absorbent timber to provide long-lasting waterproof protection. Forming a clear, invisible barrier, it helps prevent moisture absorption, reducing the risk of warping, swelling, cracking, and other water-related damage while preserving the wood's natural appearance. The advanced formula also helps to stop the growth of mould, algae, and other organic contaminants, making it ideal for protecting a wide range of exterior timber surfaces, including fencing, decking, cladding, sheds, and garden furniture.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE:

- Remove loose material and lightly sand rough areas before application.
- Protect surrounding surfaces and clean any splashes immediately with warm, soapy water.
- Shake well and dilute with water at a 1:9 ratio (yielding up to 10 litres of solution).
- Apply the first coat evenly with a brush, roller, or sprayer, working from the top down.
- Apply a second coat while the first is still wet (within approximately 30 minutes).
- Allow 24–48 hours for full curing and water-repellent protection.
