Sika SikaSeal Construction Silicone + is a low-modulus, fast-curing acetoxy silicone sealant offering excellent flexibility and durability.  Its fungal resistant formulation ensures resistance to black mould growth in areas exposed to high humidity, making it ideal for both interior and exterior use.  Forming a weather tight, waterproof seal with minimal dirt pickup, it accommodates ±20 % joint movement and bonds strongly to a wide range of substrates, including PVCu, brick, glass, aluminium, plastics and timber.
