3C Sealants Low Mod Silicone is a professional trade grade, low modulus, neutral curing, alkoxy silicone sealant. It is solvent free, has superb adhesion to a vast range of substrates and has excellent tooling properties.

Been in the business for many years and have always done mainly external sealant work. The industry standard is Everbuild or Dow but this is just as good (if not a bit better) and very well priced. Perfect for tooling off and very nice consistency. My new goto white silicone for outdoors.
