HODGSON SEALANTS SILFIX® U7N SANITARY SEALANT

Silfix U7N is a low modulus, alcoxy cure silicone sealant and adhesive that possess exceptional tooling properties, especially formulated for the professional user.

Odourless
Non acetoxy or oxime based cure with reduced H&S issues. Ideal for sealing in confined spaces such as bathrooms and kitchens.

Sanitary
With the added benefit of containing a fungicide; Silfix® U7N is ideal for sealing around baths, basins and shower trays and similar sanitary applications.

Highly elastic
Suitable for use in sanitary and plumbing applications for industrial, commercial and domestic applications where a highly elastic product that does not shrink or crack is required.

Easy to tool
Excellent tooling and application characteristics.

Excellent adhesion
Excellent adhesion to a wide variety of non-porous substrates including; glass, ceramics, painted timber, coated timber, brickwork, concrete, GRP, stainless / galvanised steel, aluminium and lead.
